Frequently Asked Questions
Why Should you choose Ceramic Tint for your Vehicle?
Ceramic tint is the highest-quality window film available, offering unmatched heat rejection, UV protection, and clarity—without interfering with electronic signals such as GPS or Bluetooth. Unlike dyed or metalized tints, ceramic films are built to last over a decade, resist fading, and maintain their performance over time, making them the best long-term investment for comfort, safety, and vehicle protection.
How Long Does Window Tint Last?
Window tint can last a very long time—as long as it’s properly cared for. We always recommend using ammonia-free cleaning products on the inside of the glass, where the film is installed, to prevent fading, bubbling, or peeling. While high-quality tint can hold up well, we generally suggest replacing it every 7 to 10 years. This is because constant exposure to climate change and year-round sunlight can gradually wear it down, even with good maintenance.
How long should I keep my windows rolled up for?
After your tint installation, please keep your windows rolled up for at least 3 to 5 days during the summer—or 2 to 3 weeks in the winter. This gives the film enough time to fully dry and cure. During this period, it’s completely normal to see small water pockets or hazy spots between the glass and the tint. That’s just moisture working its way out and will clear up as the film sets properly.
